Cowpea Consortium SNP Genotyping Chip
Researchers at the University of California, Riverside, in partnership with colleagues in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal, intend to develop a 60,000-SNP array for cowpea that will emphasize diversity within breeding germplasm of relevance to Sub-Saharan Africa and US production regions.
We are currently collecting information from the research community to better understand the sample and pricing needs, and would greatly appreciate your feedback.
